About Nate Miyaki

Nate MiyakiNate is passionate about his health and your health, and he has made his career around that passion. He has contributed to popular magazines, such as Men’s Fitness, and Bodybuilding.com, and he has also authored four different books, including The Samurai Diet and The Truth About Carbs.

For over 15 years, he has maintained a successful personal training and nutrition consulting business. He has also given seminars on fitness and wellness to places such as the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Evolution Trainers.

He understands fitness and nutrition, and he has a knack for sharing what he knows with people willing to listen. He is not a meat-head or a fitness jerk, though. He has a great sense of humor and, most importantly, is very interactive with his customers and followers through social media on Facebook and Twitter.

Being interactive on social media is an important indicator of what kind of person or business you are dealing with. Running a successful business can take a lot of time out of your day. That’s why when someone takes the time to comment, interact, and reply to messages, you know that they are not just in it for selfish reasons. They are building relationships with your and taking the time to impact your life without receiving something in return.

Nate is an athlete and lives by what he teaches. He grew up as a fat kid, and was given nicknames like ‘boob’ because of it. But he obviously is not that kid anymore. His laid back attitude has helped him to try out different approaches to fitness and health and find what works best for him.

You will find that he often says that whatever works for you is what you should be doing. He’s not strict about one approach over another, and he doesn’t waste his time arguing about what works and what doesn’t. But he does promote his system that has worked for himself and for his clients, and he promises to give his best effort to help every person who wants to learn from him.
